Nobody ever taught me or had the time to teach me but i really want to get out and start learning how do i go about doing this ? Should i find a friend with a license to teach me or take a drivers ed class ? What would my best option be to start learning how to drive and get a license ? I am quite new to owing a car and getting insurance, when obtaining quotes what are some of the questions that you ask the insurance agent? Car insurance address when at university?

I am a university 20 year old student and I will be insuring my first car next month. I was just wondering if I would be able to use my home address for the insurance details ro whether I would have to put my term time address. i ask this because I come from Wiltshire (low risk) and I go to uni in Birmingham (high risk). I mean my car will be with me at uni but the cost is sooo much lower if I use my home address. Is this ok and legal? Cheers

I'm currently laid off and need insurance for myself. I'm not sure what insurance company to go with. Also I'm not familiar with how health ins works. Like deductibles, co-insurance percentages, office visits covered or not covered. I don't go to the dr a lot but recently I've been in a car accident and will be going to the dr more often. I also don't want to pay that much either.
